When Ryan Jones opened Chubs Meats in 2014, he wanted a butcher shop where everyone who walked in felt comfortable the moment they walked through the door. From these humble beginnings, Ryan has added a Burger, Burrito and Hero shop located in Farmingville in 2019, A Food Truck for Catering & Events along with a 2nd Chubs Meats butcher shop which opened in Ronkonkoma in 2021.

Great staff and delicious food. Ordered extremely last minute (2-3 hours before party) for group of 20+ people. They got the order done quickly. Chubs Meats CustomerWe used Chubs for the 1st time yesterday for my sons communion party. I went there strictly on all the reviews I see and hear. Well I was not disappointed!!!!! The food was amazing!!!! Everyone kept asking me where it was catered from!!! From walkinf into the store the first time and talking to Ryan (such a nice guy- everyone in there was so nice), to Ryan helping me with my order to the guy who delivered the food (I didn’t catch his name) he was so nice!!!
