When Ryan Jones opened Chubs Meats in 2014, he wanted a butcher shop where everyone who walked in felt comfortable the moment they walked through the door. From these humble beginnings, Ryan has added a Burger, Burrito and Hero shop located in Farmingville in 2019, A Food Truck for Catering & Events along with a 2nd Chubs Meats butcher shop which opened in Ronkonkoma in 2021.

The food was amazing!!!! Everyone kept asking me where it was catered from!!! From walkinf into the store the first time and talking to Ryan (such a nice guy- everyone in there was so nice), to Ryan helping me with my order to the guy who delivered the food (I didn’t catch his name) he was so nice!!!

Chubs Meats CustomerMy Cousin Vinny was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had with some of THE crispiest chicken cutlets EVER. So good. Everyone was super friendly and the place is IMPECCABLY clean which I really appreciate. Potato salad was delicious. They have tons of pickles, spices, and sauces to purchase as well. They have several locations around the island. Highly recommend this place. I will be trying more of their sandwiches for sure!
